We ask that you do not book free places on multiple courses, to ensure that we have free spaces available to as many people as possible. If you cancel your place after this, you will still be charged the full price that you paid for your ticket(s). This is to ensure we do not lose money when delivering a session.  In the unlikely event that we cancel this session, you will be entitled to a full refund, or offered a place on any of our upcoming training sessions.
