LE HLE Chart

The chart shows Life Expectancy (LE) and Healthy Life Expectancy (HLE) at birth in 2016-18 across Local Authorities and in Greater Manchester, by sex and compared to the England average. In Greater Manchester life expectancy and healthy life expectancy are below the England average for males and females. In Stockport and Trafford, both life expectancy and healthy life expectancy are above the English average for both males and females, all other localities within Greater Manchester have values below the National Average.
